SSC has worked with agencies to establish a Talent Management Information System (Talent Exchange). Talent Exchange provides Career Boards and individual agencies with access to a large, shared database of talent from across the State sector. Talent Exchange is used to support State sector-wide talent management to ensure that we attract, identify, develop, deploy and retrain great people - from early-in-career right through to their most senior levels. For the first time, leaders will be able to benefit for utilising their talent management data to support their careers, beyond changes in employing agencies. Talent Exchange will allow us to use this data to support the development and deployment of talent across the wider State sector.
