This report is the twelfth quarterly update from the Kiwis Count survey. The update is a 1-page PDF document and an interactive workbook of results. These can be downloaded from the 'Related resources' section on the right.
The March 2015 Service Quality Score remained the same (73) for the fourth successive quarter. This is a sustained increase for the 2014/15 year from the 2012 and 2013 scores of 72. The experience of trust figure increased one percentage point (to 78%) and the perception of trust figure dropped one percentage point (to 42%).
The quarterly information included in the reports draws on the experience of 1,142 New Zealanders who completed Kiwis Count between October 2014 and March 2015.
