Kiwis Count is carried out by the State Services Commission and is managed on our behalf by Nielsen, an independent research organisation. The survey has been designed to take around 15-20 minutes.
Everyone invited to take part in the survey is sent a letter that has a web address for you to access and complete the survey online. Paper copies are available and if you haven’t completed the survey online then you will be sent a questionnaire to complete.
