Public Satisfaction with Service Quality 2007: The Kiwis Count Survey

Kiwis Count is the first all-of-government national survey to ask New Zealanders about their perceptions and experiences of public services as a whole. A random sample of over 6,000 New Zealanders was surveyed by post, with a response rate of over 60%. Their views have provided us with a wealth of information on where public services are doing well and where they can be improved, in relation to the drivers of satisfaction and trust. The Commission is planning a further survey in 2009. For more information about Kiwis Count, contact newzealanders.experience@ssc.govt.nz.
