Report of the State Services Commissioner into the Cost Escalation in the Regional Prisons Development Project

The Cabinet asked the State Services Commissioner to carry out an independent review of the cost escalation in the Regional Prisons Development Project, in order to learn lessons for future major projects. The State Services Commissioner asked PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) to carry out a review on his behalf.
