Emerging leaders profile
We’re introducing a State Services-wide approach to identifying and developing emerging leaders - people with high leadership potential who are in their first management role or ready to step into one.
In partnership with State Services agencies, we will identify our brightest emerging leaders and invest in their development as a tight unit, putting them on an accelerated leadership track.
The State Services Leadership Success Profile (LSP) specifies the competencies needed by our leaders to deliver results in today’s challenging and complex environment. The competencies we’re looking for in emerging leaders fit with these.
