Crown entities have a wide range of roles and responsibilities, and differing degrees of autonomy. However, Crown entity boards operate within the State sector and are expected to demonstrate the highest level of corporate governance within that setting. 2014 Training programme for Crown directors Treasury has arranged for Massey University and experienced Crown directors to deliver courses specifically designed for Crown directors on topical issues at reasonable cost.
