HRC continues on a long tradition

The second half of 2011 has been an eventful time for the Public Service and New Zealand as a whole, and this was no less true for the Human Resources Capability (HRC) team.  In the midst of the Rugby World Cup, the following heady period of celebration, and the lead up to the general election, the HRC team has been industriously beavering away as per usual for this time of year on answering the question:

"What exactly happened in the New Zealand Public Service workforce over the past year?"

Kiwis Count 2009 - What's New?

The results from Kiwis Count 2009 have been released!  The reports are up on SSC's website and finally I can talk to you about the results.

Kiwis Count is a two yearly survey asking New Zealanders about their experiences of public services.

The common touch

Last month, I blogged about the Kiwis Count survey, which is the first national survey to ask New Zealanders about their experiences and perceptions of public services.  I explained that we used methodology developed for Canadian public services for Kiwis Count.  In this post I'm going to be talking about a second survey tool developed by the Canadians - the Common Measurements Tool (CMT).
